Position: Bar Captain

Responsibilities:

• Lead the bar team during service, ensuring efficient and high quality beverage preparation.
• Assist guests with beverage selection and take orders.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including complex cocktails.
• Supervise junior bartenders and barbacks, providing guidance and training.
• Handle guest payments and manage the cash register for the bar.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior Bartender or Bar Captain.
• In depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
• Creative flair for drink presentation.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with POS systems.
