Position: Bar Captain
Responsibilities:
- Lead the bar team during service, ensuring efficient and high quality beverage preparation.
- Assist guests with beverage selection and take orders.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including complex cocktails.
- Supervise junior bartenders and barbacks, providing guidance and training.
- Handle guest payments and manage the cash register for the bar.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a senior Bartender or Bar Captain.
- In depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
- Creative flair for drink presentation.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient with POS systems.
