Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect the work of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
- Train, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team.
- Manage room assignments and daily work schedules.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a 5 star hotel.
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- A positive attitude and a strong team player.
