Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect the work of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
• Train, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team.
• Manage room assignments and daily work schedules.
• Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Assist in managing linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A positive attitude and a strong team player.
