Position: Account Receivable

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and posting payments.
• Monitor guest ledgers and ensure all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
• Perform daily reconciliation of revenues and payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections to minimize bad debt.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable for the management team in Palu.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
• Strong Leadership and communication skills.
• Self motivated, Innovative thinking.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and VHP or similar hotel systems.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
