Position: Account Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and posting payments.
- Monitor guest ledgers and ensure all charges are accurate and posted in a timely manner.
- Perform daily reconciliation of revenues and payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and manage collections to minimize bad debt.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable for the management team in Palu.
Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in the same position from International Chain Hotel.
- Strong Leadership and communication skills.
- Self motivated, Innovative thinking.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and VHP or similar hotel systems.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
