Position: Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
• Lead the finance team, managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the General Manager and executive team.
• Manage cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
• Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
• Proficient in related systems and technology.
• Fast learner and proactive team player.
• Able to join immediately.
