Position: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.
- Lead the finance team, managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the General Manager and executive team.
- Manage cash flow and prepare monthly financial statements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and professional appearance.
- Minimum Diploma II (D2) in a relevant field.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Proficient in related systems and technology.
- Fast learner and proactive team player.
- Able to join immediately.
