Position: F&B Service Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas and service stations.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for banquets and events as required.
• Develop a strong knowledge of all menu items and hotel services.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server or attendant in a reputable restaurant or hotel F&B division.
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards, befitting a premium hotel in Central Java.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and public holidays.
• High energy level and ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• Basic English proficiency is required.
