Position: F&B Service Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service to all guests in the restaurant and bar areas.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas and service stations.
- Assist in setup and breakdown for banquets and events as required.
- Develop a strong knowledge of all menu items and hotel services.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server or attendant in a reputable restaurant or hotel F&B division.
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation standards, befitting a premium hotel in Central Java.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and public holidays.
- High energy level and ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
