Position: Executive Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager (GM) to implement strategic initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue generation, and ensure excellent service.
- Support the Head of Department in overall hotel operations and take charge of hotel operations during the GM’s absence.
- Build strong communication and working relationships with stakeholders, including the owning company, customers, co-workers, and other departments.
- Ensure the hotel operates in full compliance with all Accor Brand Quality Standards, Food Safety, and ADIQS (Accor’s risk management system).
- Lead cross-functional teams, inspiring a culture of innovation and operational excellence in the Solo Baru property.
- Oversee key departmental performance metrics and drive initiatives to maximize efficiency and profit.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills coupled with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and other key departments in a large 5-star hotel.
- Proven ability to oversee and ensure strict compliance with Brand Quality Standards, including Food Safety and ADIQS.
- Demonstrated teamwork orientation complemented by outstanding executive-level leadership abilities.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to handle complex business and operational challenges.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is essential for corporate and international guest communication.
- A minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Track record of improving guest satisfaction and driving revenue growth in a competitive Central Java market.
