Position: Rooms Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Rooms Division departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Manage the Rooms Division budget, including labor and operational costs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the Rooms Division leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Director of Rooms in a large 5-star luxury hotel.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
- Passionate about delivering impeccable guest service.
- Strong operational knowledge of both Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Talented individual with a strategic mindset.
