Position: Rooms Division Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead all Rooms Division departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Manage the Rooms Division budget, including labor and operational costs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the Rooms Division leadership team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Director of Rooms in a large 5-star luxury hotel.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Passionate about delivering impeccable guest service.
• Strong operational knowledge of both Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Talented individual with a strategic mindset.
