Position: Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs across all hotel departments.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on guest feedback (e.g., SALT surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead the hotel’s efforts in continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Train and champion Hilton’s brand standards, ensuring full compliance.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Quality Management or Guest Experience Manager role within a 5-star hotel.
• Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in guest feedback platforms.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
• A proactive leader and champion for quality in an award-winning culture.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English.
