Position: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs across all hotel departments.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on guest feedback (e.g., SALT surveys) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead the hotel’s efforts in continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Train and champion Hilton’s brand standards, ensuring full compliance.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Quality Management or Guest Experience Manager role within a 5-star hotel.
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in guest feedback platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for service excellence.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- A proactive leader and champion for quality in an award-winning culture.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English.
