Sahati Hotel Jakarta is a 3-star hotel strategically located in South Jakarta, near the popular Ragunan Zoo and the bustling TB Simatupang business area. Our hotel features 31 comfortable rooms and 4 modern meeting rooms. We are currently offering fantastic hotel jobs in Jakarta for highly motivated candidates.

Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., garde manger, saucier).
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for the assigned station.
- Ensure all food preparation is done according to recipes and standards.
- Supervise and guide commis chefs in the section.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (hotel / restaurant) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Communicative, team work, adaptability and professionalism.
- Strong culinary skills in a specific kitchen section.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
