Position: Kitchen Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Executive Chef and culinary team.
- Manage kitchen documentation, including recipe costing, staff scheduling, and leave requests.
- Assist in monitoring food costs, placing purchase orders, and managing kitchen supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as F&B Service and Finance, regarding kitchen operations.
- Maintain and update HACCP logs and other food safety documentation.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience with the same position.
- Positive attitude, aptitude and system oriented.
- Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Self-motivated with excellent skills in delegating tasks.
- Indonesian Citizens only.
