Position: Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a 5-star international hotel.
- Responsible for all F&B Product operations, including multiple outlets and large-scale banqueting.
- Strong culinary leadership with experience managing large, diverse kitchen brigades.
- Expertise in menu development, costing, and procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, sanitation standards (HACCP), and kitchen management.
- Proven ability to manage food costs and kitchen budgets effectively.
- Creative and passionate about culinary excellence and innovation.
