As a signature destination, we are introducing two world class Japanese dining experiences, Shaku (a contemporary Izakaya den) and Imamura Ubud (an Omakase journey). Position: Bartender
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
- Expertise in classic cocktails and creating innovative drinks.
- Knowledge of Japanese spirits (Sake, Whisky) is a significant advantage.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Ability to maintain bar inventory and cleanliness.
- Creative, engaging, and passionate about beverage service.
- Fluent in English.
