Position: Marcomm Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, both online and offline.
- Manage all public relations, media relations, and brand partnerships.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Manage the hotel’s social media channels, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and manage hotel events, press conferences, and media familiarization trips.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Marcomm Manager in the hospitality or luxury brand sector.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts, especially in Surabaya.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative thinker with strong project management skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and PR.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
