Position: Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
  • Develop and implement cleaning standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory control (linens, supplies), and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule all housekeeping staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are met.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for seamless room readiness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant EHK in a 5-star hotel.
  • Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Experience with budget management and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping software and PMS.
