Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department, including rooms, public areas, and laundry.
- Develop and implement cleaning standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control (linens, supplies), and cost-saving initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and schedule all housekeeping staff.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and brand standards are met.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for seamless room readiness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant EHK in a 5-star hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and training skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Experience with budget management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping software and PMS.
