Position: Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.
- Develop and manage the hotel’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard hotel assets.
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to the General Manager and executive team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant FC in a large hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is mandatory.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
- Expert knowledge of hotel accounting practices, budgeting, and financial systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficient in hospitality financial software.
