Position: HR Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data entry, and handle HR-related paperwork.
- Coordinate training schedules and assist with employee relations activities.
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Support the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
- Pre-opening experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
