Position: HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS data entry, and handle HR-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate training schedules and assist with employee relations activities.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Support the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR role.
  • Pre-opening experience is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
