We are located in the stunning Pecatu area, offering guests an unparalleled experience. We are currently inviting qualified candidates to join our team for hotel jobs in Bali.

Position: Head HRM
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a large-scale F&B venue or luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR strategic planning.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies that support business goals.
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
