Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Experienced in 4 or 5-star hotels, preferably in a luxury or all-day-dining environment.
- Experienced working in the same position for a minimum of 1 year.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly committed, responsible, and able to work as a team.
- Good attention to detail, especially in food quality and presentation.
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Able to join immediately.
