Position: Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, luxury restaurant or hotel.
- Strong culinary background, preferably with expertise in seafood and international cuisine.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage a kitchen team.
- Expertise in menu development, costing, and inventory management.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Creative, passionate, and able to perform under pressure.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
