Position: Asst. Controller Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager in developing and managing all internal financial controls.
- Oversee the financial aspects of inventory, fixed assets, and cost center performance.
- Conduct routine audits of operational departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office) to ensure compliance.
- Prepare financial analysis reports and interpret variances for departmental heads.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial control or internal auditing, preferably in hospitality.
- Expert knowledge of internal control systems and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex data clearly to non-financial managers.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and financial reporting software.
- CPA or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of operational systems (POS, PMS) integration with financial controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
