Position: Director of Sales & Distribution
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall sales, distribution, and commercial strategy for the resort.
- Lead and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team (Sales, Revenue, MarComm).
- Drive market share growth and maximize total revenue across all segments.
- Manage key relationships with tour operators, corporate clients, and Accor global sales.
- Oversee the resort’s online distribution channels and pricing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as DOSM or Director of Sales in a luxury resort in Indonesia.
- Expert knowledge of sales strategies, revenue management principles, and online distribution.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Deep understanding of the Banten leisure and corporate market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality Management.
