Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming room reservations accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and online channels.
- Provide detailed information to guests about resort facilities, rooms, and packages.
- Actively upsell higher room categories and value-added services.
- Maintain the accuracy of guest profiles and booking details in the PMS.
- Liaise with the Front Office and Sales teams regarding specific guest requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or Front Office Agent is required.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (e.g., Opera) and strong data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to handle phone inquiries professionally.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude for the Anyer resort.
