Position: Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Front Desk operations during assigned shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Ensure all check-in, check-out, and billing procedures are executed accurately and quickly.
- Manage the cash floats and banking procedures for the shift.
- Handle complex guest issues and complaints escalated by agents.
- Provide coaching and support to Guest Service Agents on duty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Front Office Supervisor or senior Guest Service Agent.
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera) and cashiering procedures.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to maintain control during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail in guest data and folio management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage shift flow.
- Willingness to support the 5-star service standards in Anyer.
