Position: Training Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs
  • Design and deliver training sessions using various methodologies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
  • Manage the training budget and resources
  • Mentor department trainers and ensure consistent training standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and competency-based training
  • Proven track record in ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate)
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage staff at all levels
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
