Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Create and develop new menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all outlets
Qualifications:
- Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Passionate about people and service
- Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills to mentor junior kitchen staff
