Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Create and develop new menu items to enhance the dining experience
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to prevent shortages
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all outlets

Qualifications:

  • Experienced as the same role for minimum 2 years
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
  • Passionate about people and service
  • Highly motivated, good team player, outgoing personality and result oriented
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior kitchen staff
