Position: Account Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and monitor outstanding payments from clients
- Reconcile debtor accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions
- Prepare aging reports and assist in month-end closing
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing queries
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Prior hotel experience is an advantage
