Position: Senior Sales Manager (JSO/Bajo Office)
Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Execute sales activities including sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment
- Prepare sales contracts and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing strategies
- Mentor and support junior sales staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years at 5 star hotel experiences in similar position
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task
- Strong communication skill and negotiation abilities
- Excellent in English both of written and verbal
- High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
- Indonesian citizens only
