Position: Chef de Partie Pastry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry section and ensure high quality production of desserts and baked goods
- Supervise and train the pastry team to maintain consistency and standards
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and minimize waste
- Create new pastry menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to in the pastry kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Have enough knowledge of relevant expertise in each area
- Good personality positive attitude and able to work in a team or individual
