Position: CDP Pastry / Pastry Cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries cakes and desserts according to standard recipes
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and equipment
- Assist in the creation of new dessert menus and seasonal specials
- Ensure all pastry products meet the hotel’s quality and presentation standards
- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and place orders as required
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Strong leadership creative and familiar with FB Product costing and operation
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Great communication skills good appearance and excellent attitude
