Position: Commis / Cook
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under the supervision of senior chefs
- Ensure all food is prepared according to the hotel’s recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in the kitchen
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries properly
- Learn and develop culinary skills to progress within the kitchen team
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Creative and familiar with FB Product costing and operation
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Great communication skills good appearance and excellent attitude
