Position: HC Payroll Manager
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire payroll process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage tax calculations specifically PPh 21 compliance
  • Supervise HR operations and administrative functions
  • Handle employee relations and maintain internal policies
  • Utilize Sunfish HR and GreatDay HR systems for data management

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Payroll Processes
  • Proficient in Sunfish HR System
  • Proficient in GreatDay HR
  • Solid knowledge of Tax (PPh 21)
  • Experience in HR administration and employee relations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
