Position: Chef de Partie (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a Teppanyaki station and deliver engaging cooking performances
- Ensure high quality of food preparation and taste consistency
- Supervise and train Demi Chefs and Commis in Teppanyaki skills
- Monitor stock levels and report food wastage
- Interact with guests to provide a memorable dining experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Excellent showmanship and guest interaction skills
- Strong leadership and kitchen management abilities
- Good communication skills in English
- Indonesian National only due to work permit limitations
