Position: Sous Chef – The Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations and menu planning
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure food quality and consistency
- Monitor food preparation and presentation standards
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and creativity
- Leadership abilities and ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English
