Position: Demi Chef – Chinese Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese cuisine dishes according to standard recipes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
- Assist in inventory management and minimize food waste
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Experience in Chinese cuisine preparation
- Culinary degree or relevant certification
- Passion for cooking and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
