Position: Reservation Agent (Bali Office Placement)

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizenship
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same role
  • Has a background in 5-star hotel or in luxury brand
  • Has customer service skills and good phone etiquette
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations
  • Sales and revenue driven with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English both in written and verbal
  • Preferably domicile in Bali
