Position: Hotel Assistant Manager (Duty Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel operations during shifts as Duty Manager.
- Handle guest complaints and emergency situations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service.
- Support front office and other departments.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
