Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and creativity
- Develop innovative menus that reflect the COMO brand and holistic wellness philosophy
- Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory to ensure operational profitability
- Mentor and develop the culinary team through training and performance management
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to enhance the overall guest dining experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end resort
- Strong passion for creative culinary arts and wellness-focused cuisine
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in Bali or a similar luxury beachside destination is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required
