Position: Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen to ensure all food is prepared to Swissôtel standards
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistent quality and taste
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies for the assigned section
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and hygiene practices
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDP in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in diverse cuisines
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and ESG standards
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Highly disciplined and detail-oriented in food preparation
- Creative approach to culinary presentation and menu execution
