Position: Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen section to ensure high quality food production.
  • Manage and train commis and kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for ingredient supplies.
  • Ensure all food preparations align with Swissôtel simplicity and brand standards.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation levels in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a kitchen section.
  • Proficiency in various international culinary styles, particularly fusion techniques.
  • Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistent food presentation.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.
