Position: Marketing Communication Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the resort.
- Manage the property’s brand image, public relations, and social media presence.
- Coordinate with the sales and revenue teams to drive promotional activities and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and press releases in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Marcom Manager in a luxury hotel or creative agency.
- Proven track record in digital marketing, PR, and brand management.
- Creative mindset with exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and experience in media relations.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on ROI and brand integrity.
