Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsibilities:
- Process guest arrivals and departures with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor
- Handle guest inquiries and provide detailed information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Manage guest reservations and process payments accurately in the hotel system
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Coordinate with the housekeeping department to prioritize room readiness for arriving guests
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in the same position in the hospitality industry
- Good communication and organization skills to manage guest interactions
- Team player with a good personality and guest-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier hotel
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
