Position: Asst. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in driving room revenue and meeting department goals
- Identify and follow up on new business leads through proactive networking
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and travel agency accounts
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and internal reports accurately
- Support the coordination of hotel events and group bookings to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel sales or business development roles
- Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with the Semarang hospitality market and corporate segments
- Proficiency in using hotel sales management systems and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
