Position: Asst. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in driving room revenue and meeting department goals
  • Identify and follow up on new business leads through proactive networking
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate and travel agency accounts
  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and internal reports accurately
  • Support the coordination of hotel events and group bookings to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Experience in hotel sales or business development roles
  • Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented professional
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiarity with the Semarang hospitality market and corporate segments
  • Proficiency in using hotel sales management systems and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
