Position: Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests at the restaurant entrance with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage table reservations and seat guests according to the restaurant floor plan
- Provide guests with menus and information about daily specials or promotions
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow of guest seating and service
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and entrance area
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position in a luxury dining or resort environment
- Strong background in customer service and guest relations
- Able to upsell F&B products and current promotions
- Excellent attention to detail as well as organizational skills
- Good attitude and pleasant personality
- Able to join immediately
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
