Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue and market share.
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and departmental room-night and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Oversee digital marketing, public relations, and advertising efforts to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, creative, and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Extensive database and network within the Jakarta corporate and MICE market.
