Position: Gardener Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the gardening team to maintain resort landscaping standards
- Manage irrigation, planting, and pest control schedules
- Monitor the health of plants, trees, and ornamental lawns
- Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are operated safely
- Provide training and feedback to the landscaping staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in gardening or landscaping
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, lawns, and ornamental landscaping
- Experience maintaining hotel/resort landscape standards is an advantage
- Monitor performance and ensure work quality meets standards
- Knowledge of work safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
