Position: General Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks across the hotel property
- Respond to guest room maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Assist in painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed
- Maintain general cleanliness and order in the maintenance workshop
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and responsibly
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in general hotel or property maintenance
- Basic technical knowledge across diverse maintenance fields
- Reliable and hard working with a positive attitude
- Service oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle urgent repairs
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
