Position: Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily engineering operations and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Lead the engineering team to resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is operating safely
- Coordinate with relevant departments for facility maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a duty engineer or engineering supervisor role
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel MEP and facility systems
- Excellent leadership and problem solving abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Technical degree or certification in related field
