Position: Finance & Accounting Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand
- Remote area work experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of EDC machines, MS programs, Opera Cloud, Symphony Cloud, FutureLog and Sun Cloud systems
- Excellent leadership, professional, time management, communication and administration skills
- Ability to multitask, flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of financial reports (closing, P&L, aging, timely bank reconciliations, balance sheet management, cash flows)
- Knowledge of internal controls per Accor policies and Indonesian laws and legislation
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial documentation
- Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team in a 5-star environment
