Position: Admin Perhotelan

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various hotel departments, including document management and filing
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and professional technical documentation
  • Manage office supplies and maintain an organized administrative work environment
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for departmental data management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Highly motivated, good team player, and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English is an advantage for professional documentation
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and proactive attitude
  • Reliable and able to work independently when required
