Position: Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional administrative support to the General Manager and executive team
  • Handle office correspondence, emails, and incoming calls professionally
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings and professional activities
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and professional documentation
  • Ensure the efficient and organized operation of the executive office property-wide

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Secretary, Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4-star hotel
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding data management
  • Ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a professional environment
  • Reliable and able to build relationships and work effectively with a team
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and contributing to departmental goals
